Why was ReFirm founded?
ReFirm was founded because most architecture firms struggle with the same operational problem: the firm grows, but the systems that run it don’t.
Architects are trained to design buildings, not to design the operational structure of a business. As firms grow, project delivery, staffing, financial visibility, and leadership decisions begin to drift out of alignment.
ReFirm exists to diagnose those breakdowns and rebuild the operational structure so the firm can run clearly and profitably.

ReFirm works with a limited number of firms at once to ensure the transformation process receives focused attention. After submitting an application, qualified firms will be contacted to schedule an initial conversation and determine whether the evaluation is a good fit.
Meet the Founder
Tony Jin
Tony Jin spent more than 15 years working inside architecture firms including KPF, BAM Creative, Mancini Duffy, and AI Planetworks with projects ranging from office renovations to skyscapers. Over that time he worked across multiple roles—from junior designer to project management, BIM management, and Technology Leader.
This cross-functional experience gave Tony a rare view into how architecture firms actually operate behind the scenes: the invisible systems that connect project teams, leadership decisions, and firm performance.
After years inside practice, Tony recognized that many operational problems in firms are not caused by design or talent, but by the structure of how the firm runs. That insight ultimately led him to found ReFirm.
